MUSKOKA WOODS - Gr. 8 Fundraisers

There are currently two ways you can raise money to put towards your Muskoka Woods trip:

1. Sell frozen PIZZA (forms went home today) due Friday, Feb. 15th
- you will receive $3.50 for every pizza you sell to put towards your trip
- Pizzas sell for $10 each

2.  There are still bags of PEPPERONI left over from the grade 7 fundraiser (forms went home last week), just fill out the form and we will give you the requested number of bags
***available as long as quantities last
- you will get 50% back from what you sell to put towards your trip
- pepperoni sticks are $2 each or a bag of 15 for $30 (half mild/half hot)

- Find missing terms (cross multiply, then solve for unknown)
- Label ratio terms in words (ex. drawing to actual)
- Check to see if you have to do any unit conversions
- Find unit rate and/or unit cost (price per 1 unit of something, km per 1 hour)
- What is the better buy? (find unit cost or make one of the terms the same and compare the other term, make equivalent ratios/fractions)
